    1. PE stretch film raw material

- PE stretch film is produced by the Linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE),the base material for manufacturing stretch film. LLDPE has natural milky color, translucent with high impact strength and very flexible.

Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)

 - PE (Polyethylen) is a translucent, very tough, weatherproof, good chemical resistance, low water absorption. PE is a thermoplastic which is a mixture of similar polymers of ethylene (CH2-CH2) with various values of hydro noPolyethylen. Many kinds of polyethylene are known, with most having the chemical formula (C₂H₄)_n.

• PE density: 0.85 g/cm³
• Melting temperature:  ~ 120^oC
• Glass transition temperature: -100^oC

 - PE absorbs almost no water or in types of fatty wine, acetone, ete ethyl, glycerin and many types of herb oil. At temperature higher than 70^oC, PE dissolves poorly in these solvents suck as toluene, xylen, amyl acetate, tricloetylen, pine oil and mineral oil.

    2. PE manufacturing process

 - In order to create high-quality, standard-grade PE filmproducts, it is necessary to undergo many production stages with many different methods.

 - There are two popular methods: Blowing method and rolling method (this method is rarely used in manufacturing).

              Our Casting method:

• Step 1: Mix plastic beads with other additives (If have)
• Step 2: Put the mixture into the extruder, where the resin will be heated with a temperature of 200 - 275^oC. After melting, it will be passed through the filter (metal mesh) to the jar, removing residual dirt deposit.
• Step 3: Pour the molten mixture into the vertical towel ring mold to form a thin plastic tube.
• Step 4: After the plastic tube is cooled down by high speed air and cooling system covered around.
• Step 5: Finally, it will be put in a roller to clean and form PE film product.

    3. Types of PE stretch film
