2. PE Stretch Film Production Process at Hòa Phong Pack

We use the Cast Stretch Film method, one of the most advanced and stable production technologies today. The full production process includes the following steps:

Step 1 – Raw Material Mixing	Virgin LLDPE resin is mixed with additives (if needed) to achieve specific characteristics as per customer requirements.
Step 2 – Extrusion	The mixture is melted at 200–275°C through an extruder, then filtered to remove impurities for a clean, smooth film.
Step 3 – Film Casting	The molten resin is evenly spread through a T-die to form a film sheet with precise thickness control.
Step 4 – Cooling & Rewinding	The film is cooled in a vacuum-sealed water bath, trimmed, and rolled into finished rolls based on the required dimensions.
