Giới thiệu sản phẩm:
PE film is a type of packaging material used to secure goods on pallets, secure industrial goods, cargo boxes, packages... Or wrap around products of various sizes, preserving goods during storage and transportation.
1. Ingredients for production:
PE film is made from virgin LLDPE resin, which has good flexibility, high elongation, and can withstand harsh environmental impacts.
LLDPE plastic material has the ability to resist acids, alkalis, organic solvents, and has good insulation properties. It also has the ability to resist cracking, suitable for producing thin films while still providing high durability.
In addition to the traditional white color, the resin also has various other colors, depending on the customer's usage needs.
2. Methods and production processes: The two common methods currently used are the blow method and the roll method.
Blow method for PE film:
• Step 1: Mix resin pellets with other additives (if any).
• Step 2: Feed the mixture into an extrusion machine, where the resin pellets will be heated to a temperature of 200-275˚C. After melting, the material will pass through a filter screen (metal mesh) to remove impurities and residual materials.
• Step 3: Next, pour the melted mixture into a vertical frame to create a thin plastic film.
• Step 4: At this point, the film will be cooled by a high-speed air ring and a cooling system.
• Step 5: After cooling, it will be wrapped around a core tube to form the final product, PE film.
PE film extrusion method:
• Step 1: Mix resin pellets with other additives (if any)
• Step 2: Feed the mixture into the extrusion machine, where the resin pellets will be heated to a temperature of 200-275˚C. After melting, the material will be passed through a filter membrane (metal mesh) to remove impurities and residual materials.
• Step 3: The melted plastic raw material is poured into the T-shaped mold to evenly distribute the amount of plastic into each axis to determine the size and thickness of the PE film.
• Step 4: Clean the PE film with water in a closed tank, under the influence of vacuum. Then cut both edges evenly and roll it back into a circle.
3. Applications:
• In transportation: PE film is used to wrap pallets of goods, ensuring that the goods remain intact and preventing them from falling during storage and transportation.
• In daily life: PE film is used to wrap food, electrical wires, goods, bags, and household items to prevent dust.
• In the furniture industry: PE film is used to wrap beds, cabinets, sofas, tables, and chairs to prevent dust and scratches on the products. In the beauty industry, PE film is used to wrap the abdomen for fat reduction, weight loss, and waist shaping for women.
• In addition, PE film is also used in the construction industry, agriculture, mechanical engineering, electrical industry,...
→ Depending on the application in each industry, Hoa Phong Pack provides PE film with various suitable specifications for customers' needs.
4. Benefits of using PE Film:
• Simple to use, easily adjustable to fit various shapes and sizes of products, quick operation, requiring minimal force, helping save 40% of packaging time.
• PE film ensures safety during transportation, facilitating quick and easy loading and unloading of goods, preventing toppling and causing serious damage to the goods.
• Reasonable product cost, lower than similar packaging products, reducing costs by up to 60%.
